As a charitable organization, our fee is highly subsidized. Creative Foundation has limited resources, but families without income will be exempt from payment until either their family's situation or the organization's situation improves. As a charitable organization, find below the Creative Foundation subsidized enrolment fees. Every payment will be issued receipts at the end of the year to be used for filling tax return.

Open to ages 11–17. Our after-school programs run Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Each student will be scheduled accordingly. We assign homework, so each student typically spends approximately two hours—and a maximum of four hours—at our Centre per week, unless special arrangements are made.

TERMS OF ENROLMENT

The minimum recommended term of enrolment is two months. If a child discontinues attending classes for an entire month without approval from the Creative Foundation, a $50 registration fee will be required to return to the program. Payment is due on or before the last day of the month preceding the month of classes. An additional $20 will be charged if payment is received later than the first day of the month of classes.

Any parent who wishes to arrange automatic withdrawal should notify us at admin@creativefoundation.org Enrolment fees are best paid by e-transfer to cfiwpg@gmail.com, but they may also be paid by cheque made payable to Creative Foundation Inc. Enrolment fees are non-refundable regardless of attendance.

Please inform us if a child will be absent from a class, as we care about the safety of our Creative Foundation youth family. As we are a charitable organization, receipts for all payments will be issued at the end of the year for tax filing purposes.

Each student attends no more than twice a week for 2 hrs per program unless arranged with the instructor.
