Creative Foundation has limited resources, but families without income will be exempt from payment until either their family's situation or the organization's situation improves. As a charitable organization, find below the Creative Foundation subsidized enrolment fees. Every payment will be issued receipts at the end of the year to be used for filling tax return.

Open to ages 10 – 16. After school programs are on Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM.
Admission is only by appointment. Parents whose children are registered are permitted in our premise anytime.

TERMS OF ENROLMENT

The minimum term of enrolment recommended is 4 months. If a child discontinues from coming to classes for a whole month without approval by the Creative Foundation, a $50 registration fee will be required to return back to our program. Payment is due on or before the last day of the month preceding the month of classes. $20 extra will be charged if payment is received later than the first day of the month of classes. Any parent who wants to arrange for automatic withdraw should notify us through cfiwpg@gmail.com . Enrolment fee is best through E-transfer to cfiwpg@gmail.com It could also be paid by Cheque made payable to Creative Foundation Inc. Enrolment fee is non-refundable regardless of absence in attendance. We should be informed if a child would be absent from a class as we care about the safety of our Creative Foundation youth family. As we are a charitable organization, every payment will be issued receipts at the end of the year towards tax filling.

Enrolment fee is either by Cheque or E-transfer to cfiwpg@gmail.com.

STUDENT APPOINTMENTS

Each student attends no more than twice a week for 45 minutes per program unless arranged with the instructor.
